My journey: I started in retail banking after university, before moving into business consulting working with larger players like Sopra Steria & Ernst & Young.

I then spent many years in industry working with firms such as Thomson Reuters & small specialist Lloyds of London insurers, prior to joining startup software houses where I had the privilege of scaling retailers including Medivet.

Most recently I spent 8 years at Just Eat running strategic & operational programs scaling technology teams from 40 people to over 200, & driving growth over 16+ countries.

I’m now an independent consultant running 4 businesses – across consulting, property management & rental & food.
